My name is Marcelo Makoto Higuchi, I am Brazilian with over 6 years of work experience in the management consulting industry. As a consultant, I had the opportunity to work on huge strategic projects in the Brazilian Market for domestic and international clients.
I am constantly pursuing development not only on my professional side but also on my personal side. I really believe that an MBA at the renowned University of St. Gallen (HSG) will help me on my journey. Studying at HSG, I will be able to connect and learn about Swiss principles and culture, improve my skills associated business administration in one of the most prestigious schools in the world, and create global connections with my future classmates, professors, and Swiss locals. Thus, I vehement believe that Full-Time MBA at HSG will be a game-changer in my life.

Post the program, I will pursue the role of Business Development Manager in global companies, preferably in Europe, such as Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, and Nestle. Ultimately, I want to develop my career further within the company and take over a global leading position such as Business Development Director, later returning to Brazil to share advanced knowledge and experiences acquired through my years abroad. This way, I will be able to be recognized as a global reference, contributing to a diverse and international community, improving society, and helping the world become a better place through education.
